Credit packs are for topping up your balance. They are separate from monthly subscription allocations; check the product details at checkout.

Add credits for a single project or a busy period. Packs are purchased separately from subscriptions; choose based on your balance and expected usage.
Resolution, reference image limits and video duration depend on the selected model. A larger credit allocation does not give every model the same capabilities.

Understand credits before you buy
AI image and video generation uses paid credits. New accounts do not receive free credits. Browsing examples does not start a generation task.

Billing questions
Do new users get free credits?
No. New accounts do not receive free credits. Purchase a subscription or credit pack before using paid generation. Any existing balance remains visible in your account.
Why does the cost change?
Model, resolution, quality, video duration and other settings can change the required credits. Ecommerce image sets are quoted by image. Review the estimate before submitting.
Do credits expire?
Check the credit details and any expiry date in your account and at checkout. Do not assume credits last forever or that unused monthly credits roll over. Contact support before purchasing if the displayed terms are unclear.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Use the account or payment management flow to cancel future subscription renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous usage. For duplicate charges, missing credits or delivery problems, contact support with your order ID and review the refund policy.
Can I use images commercially?
Commercial use depends on the service terms and your rights to the uploaded material. Purchasing credits does not clear third-party copyright, trademark or likeness rights. Review the commercial-use guide.
