What commercial use means here
Commercial use includes advertising, product listings, client work, social campaigns, packaging, websites, presentations, paid media, merchandise, and other activity connected to a business or revenue-generating project.
Subject to the Terms of Service, the applicable plan, and rights in the input material, users may incorporate generated output into commercial projects. This is not a promise that the output is exclusive, registrable, or free of third-party rights.
Before publishing
- Confirm you have permission to use every uploaded photo, design, logo, character, product image, font, and other reference.
- Obtain model, property, publicity, or privacy releases where the use, jurisdiction, or platform requires them.
- Check trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted characters, recognizable artworks, and brand guidelines before using output as a logo, package, or campaign asset.
- Review faces, hands, text, claims, measurements, product features, architecture, and safety-relevant details for errors.
- Follow platform rules and disclose AI involvement when law, contract, client policy, or platform policy requires it.
Logos and brand identity
AI concepts can be useful for exploration, but generated marks may resemble existing designs and may not qualify for registration. Perform a professional trademark search and have final identity work reviewed before launch.
Client and team work
Agree in writing who supplies references, who performs rights checks, how AI use will be disclosed, who owns final edits, and whether the client expects exclusivity. Keep the prompt, references, selected output, edits, and approvals with the project record.
Restricted uses
Commercial use remains subject to the acceptable-use rules. Do not sell or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, non-consensual, infringing, defamatory, or presented as authentic evidence when it is not.
