Eligibility and accounts
- You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.
- Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- Do not sell, share, automate access to, or transfer an account in a way that bypasses security, limits, pricing, or authorization controls.
Your content and instructions
You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other material you submit. You grant the service and its processors a limited license to host, transmit, reproduce, transform, and process that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, deliver, and troubleshoot the requested service.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required to upload and process the material, including where it contains another person, confidential information, copyrighted work, trademarks, or personal data.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful exploitation, abuse, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, or instructions that facilitate serious harm.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe the service without authorization, disrupt infrastructure, distribute malware, scrape at abusive scale, or attempt to obtain another user’s data.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated media as authentic evidence, another person’s verified statement, or an official brand asset where that claim is false or misleading.
- Do not submit material that infringes rights or violates privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, platform, or legal obligations.
AI output
AI systems are probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, visually defective, or similar to output created for someone else. Image2.ing does not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, legal clearance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing output, making required disclosures, and obtaining professional review where the use is commercial, regulated, safety-sensitive, or likely to affect another person’s rights.
Subscriptions, credits, and payment
Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and product details are shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew until cancelled through the available account or payment-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse completed usage.
Credits are a limited service entitlement, not money, a deposit, or transferable property. Credit cost can vary by model, resolution, duration, reference count, and other task settings. Failed, duplicated, or interrupted transactions are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Availability, suspension, and changes
Models, providers, prices, features, limits, and output quality may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security events, capacity, or legal reasons.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, rights holders, the service, or legal compliance. Where practical, users may be given notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every task will complete or every output will meet expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A user is responsible for their prompts, uploads, output review, publication, downstream use, and compliance with applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in the user’s jurisdiction continue to apply.
